Hi!^_^ Here you can post your experiences with shiny hunting and post your progress of a shiny your looking for right now!^_^
X-Got a shiny squirtel without even trying to hatch one on the second egg,accidently took two eggs.
X-Got a shiny espurr on my third egg.
X-Still trying to get a shiny Shroomish,on my 23 egg.
I don't try to catch shinies,have terrible luck with that...xD But somehow I am reaaly lucky in shiny hatching...0_o

HOLY... I've been hatching eggs for weeks and haven't gotten any. I've never seen a shiny in-game other than the red Gyarados they pretty much give away and one or two I got from trades. I've never gotten a wild one or hatched one myself.  |

I have a couple of shinies that I got legitimately.
Started my Pokemon X game and picked Charmander when I got the second starter, and he was shiny!
Got a shiny Luvdisc, which is pretty cool cuz it's like a gold heart.
Got a shiny Octillery, which I wasn't a fan of cuz that's a gross green color.
But my very first shiny... of all the stupid ones I could've gotten... FREAKING BIDOOF!

Ugh...I have tried shiny fish chaining for a poliwag,but it's harder than it looks.I keep breaking my chain.
Chain 1:Broke after reeling in to slow.
Chain 2:Broke after accidently moving.
Chain 3:Broke after going to have breakfast while 3ds runs out of all power.
Chain 4:Broke after reeling in to slow.

DarkLordZant I got a pretty long chain for Poliwag before, but it broke... HINT: Stand in a place that's not out in the open. Like near a lot of rocks. I did it in a dip wedged between the bridge and the water in Laverre City. As long as you're pretty surrounded, it'll reduce the chance of getting no bites.

Romanadvoratrelundar Yeah,I got suction cups so I will always get a bite,and I do fish in a surrounded place,at the rocks of Pokemon Village.

About 50 into a chain,still no shiny.I have a feeling I'm going to break it.... Edit-Broke my chain at 161. Edit-Got a shiny poliwag I named Lapiz(after the stone lapiz lazuli).^_^ Took forever but oh well.  |
