I never have any... DarkLordZant: Ah. Are you aware that you're dreaming in your dreams?

I never have powers most of mine are zombie apocalypse dreams, at least that's what I remember. I don't remember much.

I once had a dream where I wasn't aware I was dreaming until for some reason I decided to pinch myself. Then when I realized I was dreaming I starting hitting myself to make extra sure. It was a very weird dream.

Many dreams of mine ends with me drowning. To be more specific about that it always goes like this: at first there's nothing really special about the dream, I don't even remember what was in it mostly before the drowning part then I'm suddenly unable to move even though technically there's nothing there what could stop me from moving, then water comes and soonely it's taller than me and bc I still can't move I can't swim to the surface, so I can't breathe and I always wake up at the last minute before I would drown. Of most dreams I don't remember or I just dream about that only once. The dream about drowning is the only dream what returns from time to time. I kinda feel like it's weird bc when I'm awake I'm not really afraid of water.

I have a lot of super-weird dreams. One of my favourites is this one where I was late for school, so I grabbed a slice of bread and put it in my mouth and began cycling to school (I can figure out what this part means myself. I've been watching/reading too much anime/manga. xD). When I got to school, my three brothers and all of their friends were waiting for my with my Irish teacher. She started giving out to me and said I had to bring them to school. I told all of the kids to hop onto my bike. One of my brothers and one his friend didn't want to go on it, so they walked with me. Then all the kids on my bike began cycling away super-fast, so I shrugged and kept walking with my brother and his friend. We were halfway to their school when my brother's friend grew wings and flew away. My brother began crying, but then he flew back to the ground and picked my brother up, then flew to school. I walked back to school and my Irish teacher told me for being late, I'd have to learn how to make soda bread with my maths teacher.

I hate this nightmare I have when I'm suddenly living on the seventh floor. Don't ask why. I personally know but would much rather not share.
So anyways, I'm on the seventh floor and I'm trying to go somewhere. And then I walk down the stairs like any logical human being would. But when I walk down the stairs it becomes the 214 floor. And then the 2 floor, and 54, and so and so on. I never make it to the first floor. And then at the end if the dream I finally walk out and buy something and then get trapped in a creepy room. And then I escape and face the horror of walking back upstairs. It's even worse.

For some reason I've had dreams about being in this particular building. It seems to come up when I'm at school and it's strange because even though I've been in that building before I feel completely lost. Most of the time I'm just walking around the halls not knowing what to do.

liliflowerxoxo: I haven't had any dreams exactly like that, but I've had one that was similar. Last April my grandmother passed away and my mother went to her home country to go visit her in her, and the day before my mother came back I had a bizarre dream. I dreamt that I was in a seance with my other relatives and we were trying to contact my dead grandmother. She eventually possessed me and told us that she was fine and not to worry. My mother came back safe and sound the next day and everything was fine. @az: I've had dreams like that too, and by 'like that' I mean dreams where you're trying to escape danger of some sort but you can't and everyone around you watches and doesn't help you. I've had numerous dreams like that, and I believe there is some underlying psychological reason for it. Thankfully I'm not afraid of that ever happening in real life because I am fully in control of myself and it is scientifically impossible for my legs to randomly turn into jelly. As for the tornado, it's most likely a metaphor for something, or a symbol, or just a prop used to help exemplify the main point of you being "out of control" and the fear of other's not helping you. I usually just ignore the sexual stuff when looking up meanings. Leslie: I searched up the meaning of 'drowning' in dreams and this is the result: To dream that you are drowning indicates that you are feeling overwhelmed by emotions. Repressed issues may be coming back to haunt you. You may be proceeding too quickly in trying to discover your subconscious thoughts. You should proceed more cautiously and slowly. If you drown to death, then is refers to an emotional rebirth. If your survive the drowning, then it means that a waking relationship or situation will ultimately survive the turmoil. Cupc4k3Crystal: Are you afraid of heights in real life? Next up, I'm going to make a post about lucid dreaming, superpowers, my dream theory, and some of my own dreams, but I'm going to end this post with a question for now. Do you guys feel like you have a goal or purpose in your dream? I know that question might be a bit odd, but let me explain. In all of my dreams, I'm usually far away from home or am in a "home" that's not really my home. In all of my dreams I am always trying to get home, to my real home, which I feel is a symbol for consciousness and reality, as in when I get home I will wake up, thus making my dream "goal" to wake up.

I wish I had a dream where I had superpowers...
@zeno, you need to help me with my dreams' meanings, because they make NO SENSE. At all. Ever.

@zeno: Thanks for searching up on drowning in dream.
About superpowers: The only superpowers I remember I had in a few of my dreams was that I could jump super high.

Somehow this jogged my memory and I remembered a weird dream I had about a very tall crazy factory that reminded me of Wonka's chocolate factory and being on the top trying to get down or something... it was almost like a video game. It was kind of creepy... the factory was really weird. And nobody was there.

@zeno: Nope. I can climb any tree and at any height. (Back when I was like 7.)
