But tbh, if I were to be any position in this forum it would be Ex-Staff because that colour? YESS PLEASE!! That color is called "seafoam". I saw it and I knew I needed it here haha, so I gave the Ex-Staff that color rather than them having no color.

I learned a lot of stuff about boring regular subjects, but I also learned a lot about life too in the last year. From getting my driver's license (at 18, I know, OLD), to registering and paying for school, to being my own person for a change and making my own decisions and having my own major responsibilities. Not that I didn't do these things before, but this time I was free, if you know what I mean; I was an adult, and it felt great! And this upcoming school year, I will have my first official job!

I just finished filling out a bunch of forms for nursing school like insurance stuff and ordering uniforms. Then I have to go to the doctor next week for a physical and get health clearance for clinicals so that'll be fun. So this summer I'm just trying to get those things out of the way before August and from there on it'll be work, work, work. I still can't believe I made it into the program so the next fifteen months will be busy and stressful but hopefully worth it. I'm nervous but also looking forward to it so here's to the future.
(Speaking of driver's license I still don't have mine yet even though I'm 21 (the more I think about it the more ashamed i feel) and my learner's permit expired this year so I have to take another test to renew (again ugh) it in August so hopefully I'll get my license before that one expires in two years)

Well, I am halfway through the school year. Next year will be my last year of college (high school to the Americans) before it's on to uni. Except I don't know if I am going to uni. I want to go be a part of that uni life but it just costs so much money But then again so does the gap year to Germany I'm planning as well. But back to school, I know a lot of people don't like school, but I really enjoy it. I guess I got lucky. I had/have great teachers, great classmates -got a really good bunch of girls in my year group (go to an all girls school, btw). I'm good at sports and get good grades (most of the time ). So I'm heavily involved with the sports side of my school, but also take part in other school activities. I don't know, I just really think I got the high road when it comes to school. I really think being an extrovert was a strength for me. Because, like, I'm the kind of person that if I like your shirt I'll just straight up tell you -I'm just really direct and straight up. Or I'll just randomly start a conversation with you. I've always been a confident, friendly person so throughout my whole 12+ years of school I've always had lots of friends -which I think is what has really made my school years great. But that's always been my favourite part of school; the people (it used to be learning stuff but ever since they mixed letters with numbers? No thanks). I just really like socialising with people. I don't know. It's just a nice feeling walking down the corridor and waving to at least six people on the way to your next class. Geez, I rambled for too long. My bad, guys. But yeah, my school life everyone

I do enjoy school, but probably not as much as you because I'm one of the least popular people (I only really hang out with one person, my best friend) and I'm very shy at school So you're a quality over quantity kind of person? And there are a TON of shy people at my school so I just figured that if they're too shy to talk to me, I'd talk to them. I find that it's always the quiet ones that have the interesting stories

Almost everyone I meet at school (mainly college): You're so quiet! Me: ... um... When you're an introvert who's also shy and socially awkward so on one hand I want friends but at the same time a lot of social interaction wears me down and my social skills are bleh. I pretty much have acquaintances instead of friends which is something I really need to work on because I've met a lot of interesting people in college and most of them told me that they want to know me more and I never know how to respond to that . On the plus side being in a small school means that you meet a lot of people easily and are likely to run into them often so it's not that hard to get acquainted with them easily.

Pretty similar to me, expect there are about 150 people in my year group at school so it is not small

Schools in America and stuff have like thousands of students, aye? I'm prettysure there are a few schools in NZ with a few thousand. All I picture is the hallways looking like the stampede from the Lion King.

I have maybe 2 or 3 best friends, actually probably only 1 since the other 2 don't go to the same college as me. I just am not a good conversation starter, but I can usually get going if someone else initiates a conversation. All I picture is the hallways looking like the stampede from the Lion King. This is pretty accurate tbh. Though to answer your question, yeah there's tons of schools with thousands of students; the one I went to was small, around 400 I think spread across 4 grades. The college I go to is considered small for a college, and there's around 1,000 or more I think. Though I've never really looked it up.
